What does that mean? What are the implications? What is the context of regulations and governance being digital? We went through digital transformations many times. It started with the first computers in the fifties sixties, or with the personal computer revolution in the 80s or with the Internet in the 90s? It could be claimed that it is only now with blockchain based smart contracts, the Internet of things, sensor networks, and AI tools that are able to make sense of the data that all of these can collect together in order to deliver value to us. Who will benefit from this transformation?
